With 22,000 square feet of open floor plan space, the venue comfortably accommodates large weddings, receptions, trade shows, community events, and corporate functions. Amenities include heat and air conditioning, WiFi, tables, chairs, trash receptacles, prep kitchen, and free on-site parking. Black Chiavari chairs and banquet tables are available with rental to simplify event setup and planning. The adjoining parking lot provides convenient access for guests, vendors, and event staff.
The ROB features a convenient warming kitchen designed to support seamless on-site catering. While not a full commercial kitchen, the space includes a large refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, sink, and prep area — making it ideal for licensed caterers to efficiently serve events of all sizes. Multiple electrical outlets and generous prep space allow catering teams to operate comfortably while keeping service smooth and professional. Outside catering is welcome. All food preparation must be completed off-site prior to arrival.
